Housey stuff

Had a really nice couple look at the house yesterday and they're going to make an offer this morning! They really liked the place and said that they both had a really good feeling about it, which is so important. I liked them a lot and would be very pleased to sell to them. In fact, I was already thinking I must give the oven a good clean before we go, so I must've bloody loved them!

I'm just hoping they'll offer the full asking price, or at least very close to it. We've got the other offer on the table but it's five thousand less than what we're asking. J and I have dreams of a bidding war and retiring early to Italy, but if we can just get the asking price we'll be happy.
