Well, the sellers came back to us about the house. They've asked that we raise our offer a bit (well, of course they did) but J and I have decided to stick with it. We love the house but we're in no rush to move so we're going to play hardball and risk it.

It's listed with another agent here and there are some different photos including the main bathroom.
